What’s open on campus for the remainder of the semester?

Angell College Center
As of March 22, the ACC will stay open from Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday, 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Only the Sundowner and Campus Express stores will remain open. 

The Learning Center will remain physically closed for the semester, but it will offer remote tutoring through Zoom as of March 23. Students can book appointments through Cardinal Star. 

The HUB, Student Association, Title XI Office, SA shuttle, Fraternity and Sorority Life Office, Career Development Center and Tim Hortons will remain closed.

Dining Venues
As of March 22, the only dining hall open on campus will be the Sundowner in the ACC. Breakfast will be served from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Lunch and dinner will be served from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. by takeout only. 

The Campus Express store will also remain open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays and from noon to 5 p.m. on weekends. 

Mail Center 
As of March 20, the Student Mail Center will remain open but the service window will be closed, so students will be unable to ship packages from the mail center. Mail and packages will be placed in students’ boxes and in the parcel lockers on Mondays only.  

University Police and Student Health and Counseling Center
They will remain open as normal.

Feinberg Library
The Feinberg Library will remain closed for the rest of the semester. A 200 seat remote virtual computer lab will be available to students 24/7. Students can access the remote lab using their campus login credentials. No new interlibrary loan requests will be processed for physical materials, but articles can still be requested. Students are to keep any loaned materials until further notice.

Title IX Office
The Title IX Office will continue to offer services remotely for the rest of the semester. Students can connect with the office staff through Zoom or other video chat options if they are not on campus for the rest of the semester. The remote office hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Anonymous reports can be made at the Student Health and Counselling Center. Official reports can be made to the University Police or to the Title IX Coordinator at title.ix@plattsburgh.edu.

Global Education Office 
The Global Education Office is closed to walk-ins and phone calls, but GEO staff is currently working emotely. Zoom meetings can be scheduled with the staff. International Student Services is hosting virtual town halls every Wednesday at 12:30 p.m.
