Suspicious activity reported near Fieldhouse, suspect in custody

Plattsburgh City Police have a man in custody after suspicious activity was reported near the Fieldhouse. The 28-year-old suspect had been seen riding a red/silver bike around the Fieldhouse wearing a brown T-shirt and orange vest when the police were called.
