The Senate approved Noah Bonesteel, McKenna Brazie, Abbie Duquette, Kayla Lapier and Maddie Lyon as voting members of the AAB, allowing them to vote on new artwork to purchase for the museum’s collection. The board seeks out artwork from artists who are up-and-coming or already well-known in order for the pieces to appreciate in value over time. All of the artwork the art department is looking to purchase is currently geared toward women and indigenous people.

During this meeting, the senators shared what events during the week they attended. In her announcement, Gooding asked that senators arrive on time for meetings, saying their pay may be on the line.
