Police arrest suspect for sexually assaulting student

Plattsburgh State University police charged an unnamed suspect for sexually assaulting a Whiteface Hall resident in her dorm room early in the morning Nov. 1.

Police did not specify whether the suspect, who was charged with first degree sexual abuse and unlawful imprisonment, is affiliated with the college.
