12:08 a.m. — Brinkerhoff Street — Plattsburgh City Police arrested Timothy J. McGrath, of 59 Broad St., and charged him with possession of alcohol under 21. He was released on an Appearance Ticket.
1:08 a.m. — Brinkerhoff Street — Plattsburgh City Police arrested Marcel Pennartz, of 57 Broad St., and charged him with disorderly conduct. He was released on an Appearance Ticket after posting bail.
1:47 a.m — Rugar Street — University Police arrested Christopher M. Arnold, of Saranac Lake, and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated. He was also ticketed for failure to obey a traffic control device. He was released on tickets.
2:13 a.m. — Margaret Street — Plattsburgh City Police arrested Anthony J. Ducharme, of Rouses Point, and charged him with a violation of the City Open Container Ordinance. He was released on an Appearance Ticket.
3:11 a.m. — Macomb Hall — University Police and the Plattsburgh Fire Department responded to Macomb Hall for a fire alarm. Upon arrival the building was in full alarm and evacuated. Burned food in the kitchenette caused smoke detectors to activate in the area. The area was cleared, and the alarm system was reset. A Service Report was filed.
7:56 a.m. — Banks Hall — A resident student was transported to CVPH by Plattsburgh Fire Department ambulance after having an asthma attack. A Service Report was filed, and a copy was forwarded to the Student Health Center.
3:45 p.m. — Whiteface Hall — A resident student became trapped in an elevator in Whiteface Hall. After attempting to contact a repair person and getting no response, the Plattsburgh Fire Department was contacted and removed the student. A Service Report was filed.
11:25 a.m. — deFredenburgh Hall — University Police and the Plattsburgh Fire Department responded to deFredenburgh Hall for a fire alarm. Upon arrival the building was in full alarm and evacuated. A smoke detector had been activated in a second floor room. The cause could not be determined, and the alarm system was reset. A Service Report was filed.
5:28 p.m. — Yokum Hall — University Police responded to Yokum Hall for a student experiencing a panic attack. The student was given a courtesy ride to their dorm to retrieve medication. They declined medical attention. A Service Report was filed and forwarded to the Student Health Center.
5:44 p.m. — Macdonough Hall — Dorm staff reported an unidentified male writing on dry erase boards throughout the building. The same message was written on all boards. It was the name of an alternative music band. The building was checked, and the male had left the area. No damage was reported, and a Service Report was filed.
7:50 a.m. — Wilson Hall — University Police responded to a report of damage to a mirror in the eighth floor men’s bathroom at Wilson Hall. There were three small holes in the mirror that appeared to have been made by bb’s. A Crime Incident Report was filed.
1:10 p.m. — Mason Hall — An employee reported that a package addressed to a nonaffiliated individual ended up in the campus mail and was mistakenly given to a resident student with a similar last name. University Police spoke with the student and he returned the package. The owner was contacted and the package was returned. A Service Report was filed.
1:21 a.m. — Wilson Hall — University Police arrested Ivan Reategui, of 80J Wilson Hall, and charged him with fourth degree criminal mischief. He was released on an Appearance Ticket. A Crime Incident Report and College Charges were filed.
8:15 a.m. — Health Center — A SUNY Plattsburgh Health & Counseling Center Hostile Patient Exercise was executed between 8:15 a.m. and 8:45 a.m. The exercise was under the control of PSUC EMS Director and Health & Safety Officer. The exercise was completed without incident. A Service Report was filed.
9:42 a.m. — Mason Hall — University Police received a report that the second floor lounge door in Mason Hall had been damaged. The damage occurred sometime between Nov. 3 and Nov. 5. A Crime Incident Report was filed.
1:12 p.m. — Yokum Hall — A student reported being yelled at by a teacher’s assistant in Yokum Hall. The incident is being investigated. An Incident Report was filed.
12:19 p.m. — University Police — A resident student reported being the victim of abuse in the past. Safety precautions were discussed with the student and information on the case was forwarded to the appropriate police agency where the incidents occurred. A Service Report was filed.
12:33 a.m. — Mason Hall — University Police, the CVPH ambulance, and Plattsburgh Fire Department responded to Mason Hall for a report of a person vomiting blood. A resident student was incoherent and appeared to be under the influence of an unknown substance. The student was transported to CVPH by ambulance. A Service Report and College charges were filed.
10:31 p.m. — Hood Hall — A resident student reported the larceny of laundry. The student later reported recovering the item. A Crime incident Report was filed.
